Donor Advised Fund

Maximize your gift and receive immediate tax benefits. 
A Donor Advised Fund or DAF, is a giving account established at a public charity. It allows donors to make a charitable contribution, receive an immediate tax deduction and recommend grants from the fund over time. Donors can contribute to the fund as frequently as they like and recommend grants to their favorite charitable organizations at any time.

Donate Stock and Appreciated Assets

Receive a tax benefit and avoid capital gains taxes owed if the stock were sold. Donating appreciated stock can be more beneficial to you than giving cash.

You can transfer appreciated stocks, bonds, or mutual fund shares you have owned for over a year to TEAM. These assets will be immediately sold and the proceeds allocated to the designation of your choice.

You receive the benefit of an immediate income tax deduction at fair market value for the securities on the date of transfer (no matter what you originally paid for them). You pay no capital gains tax on the transferred stock.

IRA QCDs

If you are 70.5 years of age or older, you can direct your IRA plan administrator to transfer up to $100,000, tax-free, to TEAM from your required minimum distribution. This may satisfy your required minimum distribution and save you from paying income taxes on a donation up to $100,000.  

To support Kingdom work from your IRA: 

• 1. Contact your plan administrator to transfer funds from your IRA to TEAM for the designation of your choice. 

• 2. Ensure that your name, address, and designation are on the transfer documentation. 

• 3. Notify donors@team.org of your donation

Charitable Gift Annuity

With a Charitable Gift Annuity (CGA), you can make a gift to TEAM ($10,000 minimum), receive a guaranteed paycheck for life and advance the Kingdom.

Legacy Giving, Wills, and Trusts

Leave a legacy that extends to eternity through planned giving.

Give by Wire Transfer

Donating via wire transfer is a secure and efficient method for transferring funds directly from your bank account to TEAM’s account.

This method is especially useful for larger donations or international contributions. If you would like to donate via a bank wire transfer, please contact donors@team.org for our banking information.
