My Story

My husband and I are TEAM missionaries currently living and working in Japan. While studying for my English degree, I traveled to Japan as a part of TEAM Serve on a short-term missions trip in the summer of 2006. There I taught English classes at Agape Bible Church in Kobe, Japan. During that time, God placed on my heart a desire to return to Japan and use my skills as an English language teacher.

Ministry Focus:

We have a passion for business as missions (BAM) and a vision to start a language translation and tutoring center in Japan as a way to reach out to the Japanese community, especially to businessmen and students. Our hope is that through this initiative we will be able to share the love of Christ with people and connect them with a local church.

Primary Prayer Request:

1.) For peace and patience as we adjust to living in Japan.

2.) For grace and perseverance learning the language and skills needed to further God's ministry in Japan.

3.) For God's provision and strengthening of positive relationships with supporters and church partners.
