8th district – Ládví Church

The “North City” spans several districts of Prague and is an area in great need of a gospel witness. But, God has been answering that need in opening doors to establish new churches in this area of Prague.

8th district – Ládví Church

Vision: The new Ládví church plant is located in the “North City” of Prague, a string of high-density apartment complexes with almost no established churches. A history of pagan worship and Communist influence in the neighborhood has made it an enemy stronghold and one of the most difficult places to plant a church in Prague. As the Ládví church, we desire to glorify God by leading many into a relationship with Jesus Christ, helping members and friends of the Ládví church to grow spiritually, and to raise up a new generation of leaders willing to serve the Lord and the community. Our church is reaching out to the less fortunate in this economically-depressed district of Prague.

Activities: Children’s outreach, “Legoprojekt”, ping-pong and chess, English and Bible classes, MyLife Workshop, Alpha, Christianity Explored, discipleship and mentoring, prayer meetings, Bible studies.
