Church Planting in Adelaide

We envision a close relationship with a core of churches committed to planting churches that will allow TEAM to provide personnel to work alongside Australian church planters.  The goal will be to recruit and train an army of church planters to plant churches beginning in Adelaide and reaching the ends of the earth.?

TEAM-Australia has already developed a number of partnerships with key Australian groups to encourage and facilitate church planting.  Some of the soil is incredibly hard but there is good soil, if you look for it.  Could God use you to help scatter some seed?

Vision:

To develop a relationship with a core of churches committed to planting churches that will allow TEAM to provide personnel to work alongside Australian church planters.  The goal will be to recruit and train an army of church planters to plant churches beginning in Adelaide and reaching the ends of the earth.

Ministry Focus:

We have some great partnerships with Australian Christians that allows us to participate with them in planting new churches.  It is a unique opportunity to be involved in church planting in a truly cross-cultural environment but still minister in English (well – really it’s in “Australian”).  Some of our partners have extensive experience in church planting and they are more than willing to incorporate TEAM personnel into their church planting projects.  It is a great opportunity to learn cross-cultural church planting from people who know how to do it in this environment, but recognize how helpful it would be to have a multi-national workforce for the church planting teams.  Adelaide was once known as “The City of Churches,” but currently would more accurately be described as “the city of church buildings” because so many are empty.  We have an open door to work alongside Australian Christians intent on reversing that pattern.  Some of the soil is incredibly hard but there is good soil, if you look for it.  Could God use you to help scatter some seed?
