From 20 people meeting in a living room in 2001 to nearly 150 in their own facility today, El Camino is growing. Through personal evangelism, counseling, discipleship classes, and more, God has worked in the lives of many people through the ministry of El Camino.
Its location in a middle-class area and only half a block from one of the large avenues of the city makes it easy for people to find. Outreaches to all ages make it attractive to families, couples, children, youth, and more.
TEAM missionaries work hand in hand with Peruvian leaders to train others for leadership and guide this church to maturity. The current emphasis in leadership training, disciple making, and church multiplication provide many ministry opportunities both within El Camino itself and to neighboring areas such as Ciudad de Dios and Characato.
