Leadership Development and Church Partnerships

Our Vision

Making, Multiplying, and Mobilizing Disciples in Thailand

We expect to develop leaders who start Christ-centered communities among the un-reached of Thailand, that is reproducible in nature through discipleship and training in cooperation with the local Thai church. This would be among the majority Buddhist population.

Our Mission

Goal: The broader goal will be to see Thai people raised up as leaders to plant churches in the least-reached areas of Thailand. The secondary goal is to see a church started in the area we live through the missionary team and local Thai people we train in different areas of ministry.

Focus: Developing leadership and mentoring Thai people who want to do discipleship and evangelism in order to start a church. Mentor and training of new missionaries wanting to work in the Na-kon Rachasima area through a local ministry center.

Characteristics: This ministry initiative will be structured around being a training center with multiple ministry focuses. We would work with OMF and Send International to connect with the lost and do evangelism, leading to a church planting movement. We would use that facility to help lead and do a discipleship/internship ministry with Thai believers.

Our Values

Modeling by being a practicing church planter with the intent of coaching local Thai believers to be church planters in the everyday activities of life, in all they do. Leading in prayer and looking to the Holy Spirit to lead before we act, Holy Spirits power. Abiding deeply in Christ,in order to be prepared and ready for what God has prepared for us in ministry. Empowering the Thai people to lead in ministry that God leads in.
