Whether evangelizing to college students in Portugal, discipling new believers in Guatemala or planting churches in the Philippines, all of TEAM’s work points to the church. We believe rooting our activities in the local church makes ministry more effective and churches more viable. Rather than starting independent churches or projects that compete with the existing church, TEAM missionaries partner with local congregations, Christian groups and national leaders whenever possible.
