In many areas of the developing world, the formation of skilled church leaders has not kept pace with rapid church growth. Maturing national churches, particularly in Latin America, are sending out missionaries like never before, increasing the demand for effective missionary training. And in the Muslim world, demand has never been greater for highly-trained, national church planters. ?TEAM missionaries work through seminaries, colleges and Bible institutes around the world to train the next generation of church leaders, from Central America to Southern Africa to Southeast Asia.
