Hospitality Ministries

A woman in a slum community has seen Western missionaries come and go. But when one of those missionaries sits across the table to share a meal with her, everything changes — for both of them. Few acts bring strangers together like breaking bread. TEAM’s hospitality endeavors create opportunities to build community around the world, whether organizing neighborhood dinners in Europe or coordinating mobile cafés for disaster victims in Japan. Such acts open doors for the gospel and discipleship. TEAM also places missionaries in the professional hospitality industry, serving in TEAM-led businesses that require hotel managers, housekeepers, and baristas. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Observed gifting of hospitality in day-to-day life 
  • Embodies an unhurried and understanding spirit 
  • Seeks to grow in a healthy community of believers 
  • Desires to creatively befriend and walk alongside unbelievers 
  • Cultivates deep connection and navigates vulnerability with maturity
