International Church Ministries

One way that TEAM seeks to engage the global Church and advance the spread of the gospel is through partnerships with international churches throughout the world. International churches are localized bodies of believers in various countries primarily composed of individuals living outside of their passport countries. International churches have vibrant and diverse congregations. Expatriates and locals from all walks of life and church backgrounds come together to worship the Lord, each bringing with them their unique culture and experiences. These churches thus become a distinctive third culture within their larger host culture, making each church body a strategic platform for reaching the nations with the good news of Christ. TEAM’s involvement in this ministry is growing, and through partnerships with churches, we hope to continue mobilizing individuals to serve in international churches among the nations. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Comfortable serving broad denominations and church backgrounds 
  • Desires to build, nurture, and shepherd an international community 
  • Postured to partner with local believers 
  • Understands the strategic and missional nature of International Church Plants 
  • Robust Accountability and Spiritual Health practices
