Marketplace and Business as Missions
Working as a professional in another country can open doors for ministry that traditional missionaries never have! In contexts where government or cultural perception prohibits missionaries from living and working openly, the best way to make disciples is often by seeking employment in the local marketplace or launching a new business. If you have a vision to take your job abroad, we have missional communities, ministry leadership, and existing strategies for you to join. We’ll provide guidance, language development, counseling, church connections, and much more!
Or are you a seasoned entrepreneur willing to teach business skills in developing communities? Can you mentor and disciple others for Godly and effective businesses? Perhaps God has gifted you with starting small international businesses, employing ministry workers in hard-to-reach countries, and a desire to make a global impact for the Kingdom. Serve God by teaching business principles and practices or starting businesses to help with creative access to unreached nations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Willingness to join global workers and participate in local ministry teams
- Ability to obtain international jobs
- Passion for seeing the gospel spread among unbelievers in difficult-to-reach places
- Finds joy in developing discipleship relationships through work
- Desirous to partner with local believers and embrace cultural norms
