Agricultural Coordinator

Description

The Agricultural Coordinator at Rancho El Camino in La Paz, Mexico would be in charge of developing, maintaining, and overseeing all agricultural systems around the Ranch property. This includes, but is not limited to, general landscaping, the enclosed garden, and the plant nursery area. They would work with the Director of Operations to assist in developing and implementing agricultural expansion projects to maximize the potential for both production and conservation of resources (save water and energy while growing plants and food most effectively). They would also work with the Director of Ministry and Community Development to assist in the development and implementation of agriculture-based community initiatives and/or educational opportunities. Finally, they would oversee all Ranch animal care, except for horse care, which would be handled by the Equine Ministry Coordinator. Click here to visit the Ranch’s website. Requirements

• Undergraduate degree
• Previous work with agricultural systems, including gardening and more general landscaping
• Background of studying agricultural or environmental care practices
