An English Conversation Partner will help build bridges into an unreached people group in Southeast Asia. This person will easily be able to strike up a conversation and engage with a learning attitude. Conversations could take place in a Language Center, in parks, or in an English Camp in a village.
During their times of English conversation, this person would actively attempt to build relationships and lead the conversation in such a way that they can determine if someone they are with is a possible “person of peace”. The converser would then pass that information along to long-term staff of the Language Center who would follow up with the gospel message.
The English Conversation Partner could travel with a group to a village to set up an English camp. This person would stay in a home with a local person as an ethnotourist. These conversations in English with unreached people build relationships that help long-term workers forms bridges to the gospel.
