Description
Use your gift of teaching to teach English to those who are eager to learn. The format of teaching may include one-on-one, formal classes, informal classes, and large groups. Use your ability to understand and communicate in a clear and relevant manner so students understand and apply lessons. Develop and nurture relationships as you share the love of Christ. Learning French will be essential.
Requirements
Strong Biblical foundation and understanding of the spiritual gift of teaching.
Ability to learn and understand the local language and culture so you can communicate effectively in a culturally appropriate and sensitive manner.
Experience in teaching English preferred.
Degree in Education preferred but not required; informal training in teaching English is also acceptable.
