Overall administrative responsibilities for the Evangelical Church Center which facilitates congregations made of expatriate believers from around the world.
Providing spiritual and pastoral care to the broader Christian community using the facilities.
The Executive Director (ED) will oversee the administration/management of the Church Center facilities and future development of the Church Center property with a special focus on Master Plan development and implementation.
The ED will assume overall responsibility for the physical operation and maintenance of the Church Center. He will give direction and guidance to the work of the Property Manager who will continue to carry out duties related to routine maintenance of the physical plant, ongoing relations and interactions with user congregations and routine financial matters as assigned.
The ED will initiate proposals and formulate plans for the future development of the Church Center facilities within the area that has been designated for the Center.

Able to provide or facilitate spiritual and pastoral care, discipleship, leadership training
Administrative, management and some financial skills/experience.
The ED should have a congenial personality and a firm leadership style, experienced in operating within a multi-national, multi-culture society.
