Originally developed by Campus Crusade for Christ (CCC) to provide training for their Asian workforce, the International Graduate School of Leadership (IGSL) is now open to all who are looking for an evangelical education. The school offers a variety of degrees and classes to students from the Philippines and many other nations. IGSL is currently in specific need of teachers in the intercultural studies department.

Requirements:

• Graduate-level or higher
• Dmin, ThM, or PdD in the relevant field of theological education or leadership training (or a willingness to pursue any of these degrees)
•  Cross-cultural competency and learning experience
• Experience and capacity to lead a small group and mentor
• Ability to raise and sustain their own support and team of ministry partners
• Collaborative and team-oriented person (a joint vision if coming out as a married couple)
