Logistics and Short-term Coordinator

Description

Transformados, a ministry in La Paz, Mexico uses sports and a community center as platforms to evangelize and disciple students to transform lives and communities. The Logistics and Short Term Coordinator will be the point person for short-term ministry teams. They will coordinate with team leaders on logistics and communicate requirements and expectations of ministry teams to Transformados team and vice versa. The coordinator will give updates and recommendations to the ministry teams and delegate or care for the hospitality needs of visiting groups. They will serve the Transformados team by taking ministry initiative meeting notes and distribute to the team via email. They will also review decisions regarding action steps made at meetings, keep a running list, will keep the team on the same page, and will ensure timely completion of deliverable action items. The duration of this role ranges from 9 months to 3 years or more.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Organized, detail-oriented, hospitality skills, relational, outgoing, self-starter, and flexible
• Good communication skills, ability to use computers to communicate through various forms of social media
• Teachability and willingness to continue growing in area of expertise
• Energetic, good delegator of responsibilities
