Looking to serve the Lord in a multicultural Christian school environment? Evangelical Christian Academy exists to serve missionary families and all other families in the Madrid area who are interested in Christian, English-language schooling. Due to regular turnover in staffing, ECA is always looking for called and qualified teachers in all grades. ECA is a mission school where all staff serve as volunteers in ministry in order to keep tuition affordable for the missionary families we serve.

ECA is in need of a secondary principal to oversee students and staff at the secondary level (grades 7-12) and to develop a curriculum. For more information visit http://www.ecaspain.com.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Education and Master’s in Administration (or intention to get Master’s on-field) required
  • 1 or 2 years of administrative experience is required unless experience in curriculum development
  • Going through TEAM’s and ECA’s application process is required
