Skills and Business Trainer/Facilitator

Opportunity in Zimbabwe

Description

Develop and/or implement new business ventures and micro-enterprises in local marketplaces. TEAM’s Business-as-Mission’s initiatives meet a “triple bottom line” to be profitable, spiritually transformative, and environmentally sustainable. The focus would largely be among the poor and underprivileged, working with them on sustainable, micro-projects. Will be working with the ANESU initiative—committed to helping local churches and individual believers engage in compassionate care as an integral part of proclaiming the Gospel of Christ.

Requirements

  • Strong Biblical foundation
  • Experience in Business or related field required
  • A degree in Business or related field of study is preferred but not required; formal or informal training plus experience is also acceptable for some opportunities
  • Basic course in conversational Shona (can be done in ZImbabwe)
