Summer Camp Staff Teams and Individuals

Trailblazer Camp was formally established 30 years ago to share God’s love with local youth in Taiwan. Short-term teams can serve at the camp in July and join a team of missionaries and Taiwanese national staff to help evangelize and disciple Taiwanese children and youth through our summer camp programs. Short-term teams and workers provide service through participating in programs designed by our national Taiwanese coworkers. Short-term missionaries support the camp programs in a variety of ways, including teaching English classes, leading English games, providing opportunities for English conversation, participating in and leading recreation activities, helping with camp setup and cleanup, and many other ways that camp programs and campers always seem to have a need for. Ideally, a team of four to seven would come together. This would allow the team to prepare beforehand with the materials we provide for their training. Individuals are also welcome to apply. Requirements

• High school diploma
• Open to older youth groups with a solid level of maturity
• Flexibility and physical strength to deal with a hot and humid climate
• Ability to work well with others and to serve even when you are not sure what is happening
• Camping experience and spoken Chinese preferred but neither are required
