Teaching/Mentoring Pastor for National Church Pastors (N'Djamena)

Opportunity in Chad

Description

Train and equip national church leaders with Biblical instruction. The format of teaching may include one-on-one, formal classes, informal Bible studies, and large groups. Walk alongside these church leaders as they study the Word, holding them accountable for what they know to be true. Teach them to think strategically in presenting a gospel that is relevant to their social and religious setting. Develop and nurture relationships both inside and outside the church as you share the love of Christ. Language skills would be very helpful in maximizing ministry impact.

Requirements

Strong Biblical foundation and understanding of Biblical pastoring.
Experience in pastoring and teaching required.
Degree in Pastoral Studies and Biblical Studies or related field of study preferred but not required; informal training in pastoring and teaching techniques is also acceptable.
