Originally developed by Campus Crusade for Christ (CCC) to provide training for their Asian workforce, IGSL is now open to all who are looking for an evangelical education. Therefore, IGSL is currently in need of teachers in Biblical studies, theology, or intercultural studies.
Requirements:
- Graduate-level or higher in relevant studies
- Language school is required
- Teaching experience at the college or graduate level
- Immersion course at IGSL
- Cross-cultural competence
- Capacity to lead a small group and mentor
- Raise and sustain one’s own support and a team of ministry partners
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Able to withstand humid and high heat conditions
