The church in this region is eager to reach out to the community around them but many people within the church fear they do not have sufficient knowledge or training. These people already live in and are relatively well adapted to, an area that so many missionaries from other countries struggle to thrive in. Give theological training to Christians living at the frontier of the mission. Regular preaching and teaching in several locations in the region. The Dar Sila team is made up of people from different backgrounds, serving with different skills, sharing the good news of Jesus Christ to the diverse peoples of the region. We are not focused on one linguistic group, but rather on one community, the residents of Dar Sila.

Requirements:

• Bachelors level or higher Theological and Missiological training
• Passion to teach theology
• Willing to learn French and Arabic and any other language if mid-term or long-term
