Youth Ministry Coordinator for National Youth Pastors (Moundou)

Description
Work within the national church youth department as a coordinator of youth minisitries and movements. Help nationals learn how to relate to, disciple and reach out to youth in better and more relevant ways. Help youth leaders communicate Biblical truth in a clear and relevant manner so teens and young adults understand and apply lessons. The format may include one-on-one mentoring, informal and formal training. Develop and nurture relationships both inside and outside the church as you share the love of Christ. Language skills would be very helpful in maximizing ministry impact.
Requirements
Strong Biblical foundation.
Love of working with teens and young adults.
Experience in youth pastoring and teaching required. Experience in training youth leaders preferred.
Degree in Pastoral Studies or Biblical Studies or related field of study preferred but not required; training in youth ministry is also acceptable.
