Treasure Unearthed
One of the enduring myths of the “Silk Road People” of Central Asia is that, sooner or later, they will find hidden treasure. Farmers hope that one day they’ll plough into a hoard of Greek coins; builders dream of uncovering a golden statue from the Buddhist era.
This past year, 50 million Silk Road People have finally got their hands on another hidden treasure: the unfathomable riches of God’s Word. After 15 years of translation effort, a collaborative journey led by TEAM missionaries, the full Bible has been released into their language. For the first time, it is now available in book form and as a mobile app.
