My Story
The Call:
The Lord has placed a special burden on my heart for the spiritual state of Europe. In high school, as I studied French for four years, I began to pray about using the language to reach the French people group. The more I studied, I learned of the nation’s post-Christian, humanistic state. Soon, I felt called to leave the comfort of familiarity to disciple, evangelize, and counsel.
During my college years, I studied Biblical Counseling, Theology, and Ministry. The Lord not only grew my identity in Him, but also increased my love for His unchanging Word, and gave me a greater passion to spread the gospel.
The Field:
France is a nation with a culture which is idealized and glorified by most of the world. In the midst of beauty is a deep brokenness. It is deemed as a post-Christian nation, where religion has such a sharp connotation of hypocrisy and pain. The majority of the nation now lives in a profound secularism. Sadly, less than 1% of the nation identifies as Christian. The country comprised not only of French nationals, but also a great inpouring of Middle Eastern populations. There is so much opportunity to spread the gospel to a variety of people groups that live within one nation.
Ministry Focus:
- Cultivating a discipleship group among college-aged ladies.
- Helping plant a church in Nantes.
- Evangelism in Nantes and the surrounding areas.
- Outreaches formed through the relationships established in the community and through the community of college students.
Ministry Needs
I would be incredibly grateful for your prayer and financial support. I have both a one time and monthly financial need.
