I grew up in northern New Jersey in a missions minded family. I was exposed to missionaries through my church and through my family hosting missionaries. I received a call to work with missionary kids (MKs) while I was in high school. We have been missionaries in Japan for 27 years. I have worked at the Christian Academy in Japan in a number of capacities. I am currently the technology coordinator and I teach a few math classes.
Dan & I have served in Japan since 1988. Our ministry focus has been in support roles throughout our time. Linda has served as a TEAM Hostel parent, volunteering at the Christian Academy in Japan, and in administrative roles in the TEAM Japan Office for the past 7 years.
We have three sons, now grown and living in the United States.

Reaching Japanese for Christ by providing support to missionary families through missionary kid education and ministry area onboarding.
Even though Japan is wealthy and technologically advanced they still need Jesus. Christians are less than 1% of the population. Suicide and social isolation (hikikomori) are evidence that there is much hopelessness. Japan still needs the work of cross-cultural workers to bring the gospel.
Primary Prayer Request:
1. Pray that God will move in the lives of Japanese people for them to come to know him.
2. Pray that God will send more missionaries to Japan to reach the people.
3. Pray that Linda and I can work to support those missionaries through their children’s education ministry area onboarding.
