My Story

I grew up in California and accepted Christ at 15 during a Fellowship of Christian Athletes camp for water polo. I felt God was calling me to the mission field at the end of my senior year of high school, and Portugal has always been on my heart! I attended Multnomah University in Portland, Or. I earned a bachelors degree in Bible and Theology, Intercultural Studies, and a minor in Youth Ministry. I also earned my masters in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, TESOL. Throughout my education my heart for God grew and in turn my heart to see the people of Portugal saved also grew. Through my education I was able to dive into the needs for the Gospel in Portugal, through this God honed in my calling to northern Portugal where the Gospel is missing in many villages. It is my heart’s desire that the people in Portugal grow to know and have an overflowing personal relationship with Jesus.
