My Story

Raised in a pastor’s home in New Hampshire, with grandparents who were missionaries in Korea and Japan, ministry has been my life.

I earned a BS in Bible, pastoral studies at Philadelphia College of Bible, and I earned a MS in Educational Leadership and Administration at Philadelphia Biblical University (Now Cairn Univ.)

I had a dual, concurrent career of pastoral ministry and Christian school administration for 34 and 30 years respectively. In those roles I was responsible for numerous annual fund, project and capital campaigns. As a volunteer, I represent the Association of Christian Schools International as their Public Policy Liaison to the State of New Jersey government and serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Family YMCA of Easton, Phillipsburg and Vicinity.

When I am not working or volunteering you may find me canoeing or motorcycle riding! (I always wear a PFD and a helmet, but not necessarily together!)

My wife, Jane, and I have raised 6 children, and many other children from difficult homes and 5 students from China and Korea. We have one grandchild.

Being salt and light in a world in desperate need of both is my passion.

I am glad to be able to serve Kingdom purposes as part of TEAM.
