My Story

A chef (Josh) and a counselor (Risa), two amazing helpers, and a therapy dog – following Jesus to Portugal!

Since the beginning of our marriage we have dreamed of running a bed and breakfast, as well as living in Europe. Over the years, God has transformed that dream into His vision of a retreat center for His workers and their families.

Ministry Focus:

We are called to provide a comforting and caring place of refuge, where through training, counseling, and hospitality, God’s global workers and their families can journey together with Jesus to find rest.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28
