My Story

I grew up in Gresham, OR with my two parents Rick and Nancy and my brother Ryan. I always loved playing sports, having fun in the outdoors, and laughing with friends. Before I can even remember I have known Jesus. It is pretty amazing that the King of Kings would dwell in a five year old.

Attended Oregon State University to study fish and wildlife. God put me in a dorm where my now great friend Michael DeGarmo was leading a bible study with InterVarsity. In college God kept showing me the wonder of the gospel and I grew a passion for sharing the gospel and serving others in their relationship with God.

After graduating at OSU, I went on staff with InterVarsity and did college ministry at the University of Oregon for four years. You will find me fishing, hanging with friends and family, eating good food, and spending time with God.
