Serve Short-Term (TEAMtrek)
TEAMtrek, TEAM’s short-term missions experience, connects you to join one of our teams worldwide for 6 weeks to 12 months on the field. You’ll get the mentoring required for engaging cross-culturally and join established ministries to learn and join in what God is doing in that context. Whether it’s the desert, jungle, or urban environments, we believe Jesus is King and His love transforms. Our team will walk you through the application process, pray for you, help you fundraise, and prepare you for the adventure God has for you.

1-2 Years
Serve Mid-Term
If you want time to build deep relationships, learn a new culture and be mentored by seasoned missionaries — all while sharing the love of Christ — mid-term missions could be your perfect fit.
Spend two years teaching nursing students, producing evangelistic media or even helping plant a church. Find your match among hundreds of mid-term opportunities.
As a step beyond short-term missions, TEAM’s mid-term track creates a two-year season to deeply explore your role in missions and make profound investments in the lives around you. You’ll learn how to effectively engage with new languages and cultures, discover their unique traits and use that knowledge to serve others. By the end, you’ll have gained important ministry skills that will serve as a strong foundation for ministry in your home country or even in long-term missions.

Serve Long-Term
Something special happens when you step past short-term service and make a new place your true home. Cultural walls fall. An outsider becomes a member of the community. And your foreign ideas about faith and God slowly become familiar — even exciting — to the people who need to hear them.
That’s why long-term global workers are the backbone of ministries that not only spread the Gospel but also watch it take root and transform communities. And if God is calling you to this kind of work, we want to help you find your place.
We search for teammates who are already active in the local church, and who are ready to live out the church’s mission together with us.
